Is there a log that tells who enabled a scheduled task and when they enabled it?

Is there a log that tells who enabled a scheduled task and when they
enabled it?

It has been discovered that a scheduled task has been running every week
for the past month on one of our servers that should not have been
enabled. The scheduled application itself has been kind enough to write
its own activity log file, but I need to know who enabled this task.
I checked out Scheduled Tasks > Advanced > View Log, but it's only a
limited time period of time and I don't think it actually tells who
enables or disables a task.
Is this information stored elsewhere? This is specifically for Windows
Server 2003.
